Medalist Equestrian Group employees consist of office staff, shop carpenters, field carpenters, estimators, a foreman, and delivery drivers.

The shop carpenters cut, sand, and customize lumber orders made by the estimator, as per the requirements for each job.

These prepared pieces of lumber are then picked up from the shop in Belle Glade, Florida by the delivery driver, and shipped to the job site.

Delivery drivers are also
responsible for picking up and delivering raw timbers from
suppliers if dealer delivery is unavailable.

Then the field carpenters then touch them up to fit perfectly in their respective applications and are then installed and inspected by the foreman. The foreman then prepares a report to give to the office staff, and then is submitted for inspection.

Sometimes a particular project requires custom work, in which case a field carpenter submits an order request to the foreman who then approves the work and then places an order to the shop carpenters.
The finished product is ALWAYS above and beyond top quality standards. No matter the circumstance, Medalist does whatever it takes to get the job done!
